The Associate Creative Director, Digital translates the creative strategy into best-in-class dynamic digital content and owns the eComm look of the brand, with or without a team.

Job Description

  • Partners with brand team to translate creative strategy into global, award-winning digital campaigns across numerous channels consisting of digital display, social, store emails, mobile, etc. that meets the goals and objectives of written and verbal briefs.

  • Leads the digital creative team to innovative, digital-first ideas that bring the brand to the life and drive the business.

  • Has oversight for the eComm digital creative direction of the brand and ensures a high level of visual aesthetic.

  • Manages the creative talent within the team across internal and external resources.

  • Drives digital campaigns from beginning to end with an elevated aesthetic.

  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.

  • 6+ years of art direction and/or graphic design experience.

  • Excellent track record of creative design and implementation.

  • Proven leadership skills with at least 2 years’ experience managing direct reports or creative teams.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.

  • Solid presentation, oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to think creatively within deadlines and pay acute attention to design and details.  

Working Conditions

Normal office environment.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
