Communicates with internal and external customers in the processing of repair and MyChaco orders and servicing of repairs to develop positive consumer relationships, increase sales and enhance consumer awareness of our products. Performs repair and warranty assessments of footwear giving the consumer the best possible solutions to their footwear issues.
Assists consumers with product and other inquiries received via phone, email, fax and mail.
Provides customer service and support for the Chaco brand
Processes consumer orders, MyChaco’s, returns, repairs, and warranty evaluations.
Makes all changes and cancellations on orders.
Creates, maintains and files consumer correspondence.
Maintains accurate records.
Communicates trend data to Repair and Warranty Manager.
Work closely with other Repair and Warranty team members on repairs and consumer requirements.
Runs necessary reports and collects information as required
Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Minimum 6 months previous customer service experience.
- Some college preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and website navigation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to multi-task.
- Effective listening skills.
- Demonstrate data entry skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in an effective, timely and professional manner.
- Exhibits skills in accuracy, attention to detail and follow through.
