GENERAL FUNCTION

Acts as a Lead in the benefits space for the EMEA Region by overseeing daily benefits administration and communications for medical, life, income protection, retirement plans, paid time off, leaves, etc.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Supports Total Rewards leadership by executing HR strategic plan initiatives aligned to benefits in the EMEA region.

  • Partners with benefit brokers for the EMEA region with benchmarking reviews, renewals, updating employee census information, enrollments, and implementations of employee offerings.

  • Responsible for the documentation and record retention of all benefit details for each country within the region along with creating and maintaining employee-facing benefits guides.

  • Partners with HRBPs on escalated benefits issues, changes to offerings, and employee communication.

  • Administer and track employee leaves by aligning to benefit plan design, along with communicating with employees and supporting them through their leave.

  • Responsible for the compliance of the benefits programs through understanding of regulatory requirements and ensuring internal auditing practices maintain program compliance.

  • Supports the annual resource planning process along with invoice management.

  • Responds to and supports employees, leadership, and HR partners with benefit related inquiries.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficient experience in Human Resources, preferably in Benefits.

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the EMEA region.

  • Ability to perform job functions in a competent, professional, customer oriented and confidential manner.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Workday experience preferred. 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform independent problem solving.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work professionally with all levels of employees and leadership.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment. Some travel is required.
