NewSoles Onboarding is a welcoming experience that starts the moment you accept your offer and continues through your first 180 days. We make sure new team members feel supported, connected, and ready to thrive from day one. *This program is available in the United States.


Leadership Development
Creating a culture of learning is necessary for success. We believe that our leaders should be developed at each stage of their career, from new managers to executives. Our goal is 100% people-leader development globally.
One of our favorite methods of developing our future leaders is the 10-month development experience designed to build six foundational people leadership skills, called Harvard Leadership Essentials. This program helps leaders grow in confidence, clarity, and capability—whether you're leading for the first time or looking to sharpen your skills.
