Act as the key operational contact for a portfolio of international distributor accounts, collaborating with Brand, Global Operations and regional supply chain teams across EMEA, LATAM, the US and Asia. Focus on enhancing customer service performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring timely, efficient product shipment.

What you'll be doing:


  • Support a portfolio of Distributor accounts across EMEA and LATAM regions.
  • Coordinate and maintain the order book for assigned Distributor partners. Monitor order conversion, ensure pricing accuracy and keep partners updated with any changes to ex-factory dates or production.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workflows and maintain operational processes to ensure timely execution across the customer order cycle.
  • Liaise with Production Planning team in Asia and Supply Planning team in US on PO placement and management.
  • Proactively build relationships with customers, leveraging opportunities for phone or face to face contact.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with customers logistical requirements and timely delivery of all relevant shipping paperwork.
  • Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across customer and brand operations.
  • Coordinate and deliver training for partners around WWW process & systems and provide ongoing tech support around Crave order management platform.
  • Work as part of wider international account services team, actively participating in team meetings and providing cover and support where needed to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with Credit Control and Production Planning Team to resolve operational issues around payment and ensure receipt of any necessary prepayments & letters of credit in line with requested XF dates.
  • Contribute to IAS operations sessions at key seasonal brand meetings (Lockdown and Global Brand Conference).
  • Support execution of the Distributor business plan. Operates with autonomy within defined processes, identifying risk and escalating complex or strategic issues to senior management.
  •  Support brand initiatives and seasonal activities. Help coordinate forecast and sample consolidation and seasonal conference packs.
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge & Skills


  • Working knowledge of similar international environment, wholesale customer services, or key account management
  • Strong written and oral communication and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient user of Excel/Microsoft office and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to shared operational goals.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines with limited supervision
  • Languages would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
