We burst onto the scene as the OGs of female-first activewear back in 1998. And since then, we’ve been on a global mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. By uniting a global community of women – our sisterhood – together we encourage one another to embrace our bodies and everything we can do with them.

Our sisterhood treats every day like it’s made for moving, and we’re always pushing to do better too. Like using responsibly sourced materials, launching our first-ever FemTech collection – designed to keep you moving through menstruation, maternity and menopause – and supporting girls from all backgrounds to get into sport through our Sweaty Betty Foundation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us as an Online Trading Manager as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. You in?

Our Values:

WE REALLY CARE ∙ FIRST, BEST, BRAVEST ∙ OUR STRENGTH IS IN EACH OTHER ∙ STAND UP, SPEAK UP, SHOUT OUT

  • Responsible for managing the daily in-season forecast, working through any opportunity and risk, and building trading plans to support delivery

  • Using qualitative and quantitative data across our analytics tools to understand performance and customer behaviour, identify opportunities, and shape actions that improve trading performance

  • Compiling accurate daily, weekly and seasonal trading and KPI reporting, alongside ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and action planning

  • Leading trading, seasonal, campaign and promotional plans to support business objectives, revenue growth and flawless execution

  • Owning homepage, PLPs, PDPs, navigation and campaign landing pages to deliver best-in-class product storytelling and seamless onsite journeys

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, CRM, Performance, Planning and Product teams to optimise trading performance and customer experience

  • Acting as the key stakeholder contact for selected external partners, managing relationships and building strategies together that support Sweaty Betty’s growth plans

  • Bringing strong online trading knowledge, curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement

  • Managing and developing the regional trading team

The Must Haves:

  • At least four years’ experience in a similar ecommerce role within a retail or consumer-facing brand

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferable

  • Experience using Google Analytics, Power BI, Dynamic Yield and Content Square

  • An analytical and questioning mindset, with excellent Excel skills

  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload
