As a Senior Consumer Data Analyst, you will shape Sweaty Betty’s consumer and commercial strategy through advanced analytics, delivering measurable business impact. Reporting into the Head of Analytics, you will play a critical role in translating strategic priorities into rigorous, actionable insights, while helping elevate analytical standards across the business.
Reporting into the Head of Analytics, the Senior Analyst plays a pivotal role in delivering high impact insights that underpin Sweaty Betty’s analytics strategy. You will support roadmap delivery, help translate strategic objectives into analytical priorities, and contribute to the continuous evolution of analytics capability, standards and ways of working across the business.
Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will lead complex analytical initiatives end to end, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and act as a trusted voice in decision making across Marketing, eCommerce, Product, Customer Care and Stores teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer and commercial strategy by partnering with senior leaders to define key business questions and deliverinsightledrecommendations aligned to customer needs and market opportunities
Deliver commercial impact through advanced analytics including predictive modelling, lifetime value optimisation, churnpredictionand customer behaviour analysis
Own and evolve customer segmentation,leveragingadvanced analytical techniques to predict behaviour and inform targeted experimentation and activation strategies
Lead complex analytics initiativesendtoend, from problem framing andmethodologydesign through to delivery,recommendationand impact tracking
Translate complex analysis into compelling narratives, confidently influencing stakeholders at all levels through clear, engaging andactionorientedstorytelling
Partner closely with the Head of Analytics to shape analytical priorities, contribute to roadmap delivery, and support the ongoing development of the analytics function
Champion analytical excellence, working with the central data team to ensure data accuracy, improve Power BI reporting, set best practice in analysis and modelling, and deepen understanding of data logic across the business
Build analytical capability beyond your role, informally mentoring analysts and supporting teams to become more data-literate and insight-driven

Demonstrated experience leading complex analytical workstreams endtoend, from problem definition through to senior stakeholder decisionmaking
Strong commercial acumen, witha track recordof delivering insight that influences strategy,investmentand performance outcomes
Experienceoperatingas a senior individual contributor in a fastpaced, commercially driven environment
Technical & Analytical Skills
Advancedproficiencyin SQL,Exceland Power BI
Experience using Python for advanced analytics,modellingor automation (preferred)
Ability to interrogate large, complex datasets, applyappropriate analyticaltechniques, and ensure analytical rigour
Influence & Ways of Working
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through compelling storytelling and clear, evidence-based recommendations
Strong project leadership skills, managing complex, crossfunctional initiatives within commercial timelines
Highly organised,proactiveand comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability
