We are seeking a detail-oriented, commercially driven Assistant Regional Marketplace Manager to support the execution of the North America wholesale commercialization strategy. This role provides hands on experience in merchandising and marketplace management, supporting North America wholesale with a specific focus on the Canadian marketplace. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, highly organized, and eager to grow within the merchandising function. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and Planning to ensure smooth seasonal execution from assortment strategy through sell-in and sell-through.



Primary Duties:

Commercial Architecture Support

  • Assist in planning, curating, and delivering consumer right assortments for Canada within North America range guidance

  • Support end to end product lifecycle management, from concept and development to new market introductions, in market performance, and end of life decisions

  • Prepare materials for and participate in seasonal go to market line planning and roadmap discussions, representing brand and wholesale priorities

  • Contribute to long term line architecture, including pricing, margin, and category growth strategy development

  • Capture, organize, and socialize marketplace and consumer insights—including trends, competitive activity, retailer behaviors, and market visits—to inform a relevant, growth aligned product range

  • Maintain and create seasonal assortment tools, segmentation documents, and cross functional operational readiness support (article setup, pagination, product loading, and forecasting consolidation)

Customer Sell-In Support

  • Support creation of seasonal merchandising stories and line narratives for go to market, sharing seasonal key priorities while supporting brand storytelling and ensuring alignment with marketing

  • Assist in regionalized content creation, assortment tools, sample management for North America, and product training sessions with cross functional teams

  • Support cross functional operational readiness for sell-in, in partnership with Demand Planning and Sales Ops

  • Support development of channel and tiering strategies for wholesale partners

  • Present seasonal hindsight insights and performance recaps

  • Participate in customer sell-in and pre-line meetings

Channel Sell-through Support

  • Evaluate sell-through performance by channel/tier and recommend tailored assortment adjustments

  • Partner with Sales to create standard process for capturing sell-through insights and context that support data driven decisions for future seasons

  • Identify opportunities for SKU optimization and recommend plan of action

General & Cross-Functional Responsibilities

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentation for seasonal reviews and leadership updates

  • Maintain accurate seasonal calendars, timelines, and process documentation

  • Generate recurring reports and insights decks for leadership and cross-functional partners

  • Support meeting logistics, travel coordination, and tool maintenance as required

  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience

  • 1+ years’ experience in retail with emphasis in the footwear field

  • Strong Excel skills; proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Must have a collaborative approach

  • Passion for product, consumer trends, and market dynamics

  • Must be able to influence key stakeholders to meet regional objectives

  • Comfortable with a high level of autonomy

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment. Some travel is required.
