Senior Manhattan WMS Analyst

Bring deep expertise in warehouse and distribution technology, with 8+ years of experience supporting and enhancing complex supply chain environments. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Manhattan PkMS/WMI, IBM i (iSeries/AS400), SQL, and RPG/CL development, combined with a solid understanding of warehouse operations and system integrations.
You will thrive in this role if you have experience integrating Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE), along with a strong functional understanding of warehouse management processes such as host interfaces, order management, waving, reporting, and carrier certification. Experience with Manhattan Touch Warehouse, SCI, and Labor Management (LM) solutions is highly valued. Additional exposure to AS/400 administration and SAP is a plus.
This role is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, optimizing warehouse systems, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency across distribution and fulfillment operations.
Primary Duties:
Configures software or creates/modifies software code to meet business requirements; creates and executes test plans for software modifications and facilitates transfer into production
Confers with customers and team members, including across teams, to determine requirements; designs business application systems that address and solve complex corporate business needs
Estimates system configuration and development efforts for self and functional area
Leads and/or assists team members and customers with problem solving related to software application performance and usage; collaborates across teams as needed
Participates in and supports disaster recovery initiatives and change management standards and procedures; assists in developing standards and procedures when required
Develops technical and business proficiency through education, work assignments, research and technical/user group participation; demonstrates practical application of learning and actively shares knowledge across functional area
Performs other duties as required/assigned by Manager
Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, a Business discipline, or related field or equivalent work experience
8 or more years’ experience with Manhattan PkMS/WMI, IBMi (iSeries, AS/400), SQL, RPG / CL development are strongly preferred
Warehouse Control Systems and MHE integration experience strongly preferred
Manhattan Touch Warehouse, SCI, LM (Labor Management) desired
AS/400 Administration and SAP knowledge a plus
Strong functional knowledge of warehouse & distribution systems and concepts with demonstrated area(s) of expertise (e.g. host interfaces, order management/waving, reporting, carrier setup & certification, etc)
Experience in front-line problem resolution, go-live support and post go-live support while successfully working on multiple projects
Demonstrated experience leading analysis, project work and problem solving both independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment, hybrid in-office schedule available.
Some travel required
