We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator with a strong understanding of integrated systems and applications to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and administration of our Salesforce clouds and integrated applications that make up our digital ecosystem. This includes SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, and SOM. Integrated systems will include payment & tax solutions, carrier integrations, marketplaces, and other systems that are part of the direct-to-consumer purchase journey. This role is crucial for ensuring the security and reliability of our e-commerce operations, which directly impacts our customer satisfaction and business success. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, and Brand Leads to ensure that the platform meets business needs and provides exceptional digital consumer experience.
Primary Duties:
Serve as a system administrator for our portfolio of B2C Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) webstores as well as our Salesforceecosystem; (SFCC, SFSC, SOM).
Handle administrative functions, including user roles and permissions, sandbox management, configuration of system preferences, and other operational tasks.
Manage site preferences and configurations in businessmanagertooptimizestability, performance,securityand compliance across our portfolio of brand sites.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce technology and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, with a particular focus on security and compliance.
Work with brand teams to understand their unique business needs and then customize Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Perform data hygiene checks, datacleanupand tasks to ensure data integrity and optimization for SEO best practices.
Ensure platform stability,reliability, andspeed, and implement measures to improve.
Manage platform security and compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Develop andmaintainplatform documentation for best practices and processes within business manager, including user guides, playbooks, training materials, and technical documentation.
Provide training to internal users to ensurebestpractices arebeing followed.
Work with IT and the Product teams toidentifyand address technical issues and implement platform enhancements.
Monitor and analyze platform performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned bymanager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Administrator.
2+ yearsof experience managing Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Salesforce Order Management.
1+yearof experience developing and implementing effective security and compliance improvements and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - using data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Familiarity with industry standards related to e-commerce and data privacy.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification is preferred.
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment.
