Are you ready to step into a global business with iconic brands and bold ambitions? We’re now hiring a finance professional to join our team at our King’s Cross office in London. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a high-performing Finance team within a fast-paced, internationally recognised business.Primary Duties
To ensure accurate recording of Accounts Payable transactions and payment of authorised amounts in accordance with company procedures and agreed terms.
Process multi-language and multi-currency third-party non-stock invoices and assign them to the correct approver via Ariba
Handle employee expense claims in line with the company’s Travel & Entertainment policy
Ensure accurate coding for all Accounts Payable invoices
Perform a weekly aging report check
Carry out Bank GL clearing on a weekly basis
Train users and manage requisitions in Ariba (part of indirect procurement)
Generate SAP payment proposals for review by the AP Manager
Prepare manual payment requests for manager approval
Provide departmental cover when needed
Respond to internal and external client queries
Execute manual postings/corrections in SAP
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
1–2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office preferred
Strong communication and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and highly organised
A hands-on mentality with a flexible, service-minded approach
Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish) are a bonus
