Working with up to 100+ global partners across 50+ countries in the EMEA/LATAM regions (globally for Sweaty Betty) to supply brands to partners from the Wolverine portfolio.
Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Director EMEA, this role is the regional ambassador and global contact for all third-party accounts' support and growth initiatives. Also, supporting as needed the International Finance VP on global alignment opportunities. This position acquires, maintains and services Volume Direct/First Cost & BV Sales Orders and supply chain at an advanced level for International distributors and licensees across all brands. Accountable for leading and guiding the team in working with the Global Supply Chain, International Sales teams, Credit, system functionality and administration of the EMEA/LATAM/Sweaty Betty Brand International Account Services team.
Responsible for accurately forecasting quarterly and seasonal revenue targets.
Manages Distributor account base; coordinating and managing communication flows with distributors on all aspects of their order book, navigating challenges to overcome any supply chain disruption and distributor challenges.
Manages & delivers against revenue Forecasts, including resolution, communication and management of all risk categories, within budget and aligned to corporate goals.
Working closely with the Credit Team, monitors all payments to vendors from partners, ensures letters of credit meet company standards and legal requirements and works with credit control to pro-actively manage Distributors. Provides regular metric & KPI reporting to the Finance Teams (e.g. Quarterly Tracker, Aged backlog, Buy window Performance, Samples shipments, Orders Not on the system etc).
Facilitates the set-up of seasonal trackers (e.g. Order Pool reports) & the shared site
Facilitates the flow of information internally (eg to the Sales /Finance teams) to drive growth.
Prepares and oversees resource allocations & agendas for seasonal Distributor meetings (eg Lockdown / Conferences / dGBC etc).
Supports International Finance VP to align processes and reporting globally. Represent EMEA/LATAM in International Supply Chain meetings to drive and deliver quarter end targets in line with corporate goals Works closely with the EMEA Customer Experience manager to lead the focus on improvements to Service Quality levels for Distributors & internal stakeholders.
Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring on the International Supply Chain to the Team.
Support and develop opportunities for team growth and development. Successfully integrate new IS initiatives, process and projects to drive 3P growth including Partner tiering.
Any other special projects linked to IAS (EMEA & Global) and other duties as reasonably requested.
