Marketing Manager (UK) - 12M FTC - Saucony
Job ID 2026-10224How we show up within the lifestyle run community is central to building brand awareness and driving consumer love. The Marketing Manager UK will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing fully integrated 360° marketing plans for the UK market.
Based in London and working from the Kings Place office, this role reports directly to the Senior Marketing Director EMEA. You will translate seasonal brand priorities into impactful UK specific activations across retail, PR, events, digital, and community.
You bring a love for detail, a passion for leading and growing a team, and the confidence to challenge existing approaches to elevate the brand’s presence in the UK. You will work closely with the UK Sales Manager and collaborate with EMEA marketing functions to deliver best in class consumer experiences.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive UK‑specific marketing strategies aligned with EMEA brand direction.
- Build and execute 360°, fully integrated marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints.
- Ensure seasonal messages are delivered seamlessly across retail, PR, events, digital, and community channels.
- Oversee promotional activities and product launches to maximize impact in the UK market.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the central EMEA marketing team to create localized, engaging marketing materials.
- Establish relationships with local organizations, influencers, and retail partners to amplify brand visibility.
- Coordinate sponsorships, events, and activations to engage with the UK running and lifestyle community.
- Manage the UK marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the UK marketing team with passion and clarity.
- Foster collaboration with sales and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Bring a mindset that challenges the existing, constantly seeking innovative and consumer‑centric solutions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Experience working in the consumer lifestyle, sport, or fashion sector.
- A leader who inspires, motivates, and develops their team.
- Deep understanding of UK consumers, cultural environment, and commercial needs.
- Proven experience creating and executing 360° consumer‑led marketing communication plans.
- Strong industry knowledge across lifestyle and running.
- Highly collaborative team player.
- Excellent communicator able to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Results‑driven with a passion for brand building.
- A love for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Passion for running and fashion.
- Excellent command of English.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into strategy.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates consumer centricity and passion for building meaningful brand experiences.
