Online Trading Manager

An exciting opportunity to join the Saucony EMEA Ecommerce team, supporting the Ecommerce Director in driving the digital sales strategy. This role involves analysing performance data to identify trends, implementing site and service improvements to optimise the customer experience, and contributing to the commercial success of the website.

Day to Day:

Sales and KPI Management: Achieving annual objectives, revenue targets, and key performance indicators.

Product management: Ensuring products launch on time with all the correct information.
Multi Region/ Multi Language: Responsible across our EMEA regions, including translated websites.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to leadership and relevant teams; including but not limited to product category, demand and full price sales mix. Provide weekly update to key stakeholders on performance; including highlights and challenges.

Site Merchandising: Defining and setting merchandising strategies and optimizing product list pages.

Promotional Campaigns: Own the trading calendar for key promotional moments. Setting up and testing onsite promotions and ensuring clarity for customers.

Stock management; Partnering with ecommerce & sales planning teams to ensure we have the right stock to meet demand; both full price and promotional opportunities.

Collaboration: Working with E-Commerce and Marketing Teams to develop and execute strategies and coordinate key product launches. Working closely with US counterparts to ensure global alignment.

User Experience (UX): Making recommendations to improve the digital flagship across various devices. Coordinating onsite testing with Global UX team.

Tools and Platforms:

  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud: For managing websites and merchandising.

  • Google Analytics: For performance analysis and optimization.

  • Contentsquare: For user experience insights and content optimisation.

  • Product management system

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and questioning mindset with advanced Excel skills.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, not afraid to ask questions.

  • Excellent organisational and self-motivation skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms.
