Regional Product Line Manager - Saucony
Job ID 2026-10404The Regional Product Manager (RPM) is a high-impact regional strategic leader responsible for elevating our EMEA product offering beyond the global inline calendar. Your mission is to infuse global vision with regional nuance, ensuring our product assortment resonates deeply with local consumers with a focus on our largest and most important channels. You will act as the critical bridge between global investment and regional execution, working with the global Special Makeup (SMU) team on regional initiatives, coordinating with the global Energy team on high-profile collaborations, and representing the EMEA market in regards to the expansion of our apparel & accessories business.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Product Creation & Regional Direction
- Market Differentiation: Drive regional product differentiation across priority channels and key accounts to fuel brand heat and exclusivity.
- Consumer Advocacy: Serve as the definitive champion for the EMEA consumer, working with the regional merchandising team and global product teams to ensure key products align with regional trends and brand moments.
Collaborations & Energy
- Strategic Partnerships: Coordinate with the global Energy team to identify and manage approved regionally relevant collaboration opportunities that amplify brand heat and accelerate storytelling.
- Execution Excellence: Oversee the seamless planning and marketplace execution of global collaboration initiatives within the region including managing PLM systems, ordering and coordinating with both the Global Energy team and the Asia based sourcing team.
SMU & Expansion
- Account Growth: Working with the global SMU team strategically identify and manage SMU programs for Pan-European accounts (PEA) to drive growth across both Lifestyle and Performance categories. Manage all logistics (PLM) and communication with the Sourcing team in Asia.
- DTC Impact: Drive "top-of-mind" consumer engagement in owned EMEA retail channels through curated product capsules.
EMEA Apparel & Accessories Leadership
- Category Leadership: Act as the EMEA lead for Apparel & Accessories, ensuring our global range is optimized to meet the specific needs of Wholesale, DTC, and 3P channels.
- End-to-End Merchandising : Drive the regional merchandising lifecycle for the category - from initial brief and strategy alignment to GTM planning and final marketplace execution.
- Cross-Functional EMEA Leadership: Represent EMEA interests in global reviews while leading regional, cross-functional stakeholders to ensure unified, high-performing execution.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5–10 years in Product Management, Product Development or Merchandising, preferably within the sports or lifestyle industry. (Sales/Operations experience is a distinct advantage).
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the apparel and footwear landscape, specifically within the EMEA market, combined with an intuitive grasp of emerging consumer trends.
- Operational Agility: A strong track record of translating high-level strategy into structured, operational reality. You are comfortable moving from "big picture" to "process detail" with ease.
- Collaborative Leadership: A culture-builder who thrives on cross-functional teamwork. You are skilled at navigating complex internal/external stakeholder relationships to drive projects across regional borders.
- Visionary Mindset: A proactive leader with the ability to launch, scale, and own a business segment from the ground up.
