The Senior Supply Planner supports the supply planning activities for the business unit; including consolidating the proposed buy plans, and Inventory Plan to the 18-month horizon as part of the Integrated Business planning cycle, and process. This role will work closely with Inventory Planning; Production Planning and Logistics teams, ensure buy process activities are executed on time and to develop and execute aligned Supply Plans, that ensure smooth supply. The role will continue to push forward reporting and business tools; and partner in process development and improvement.

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Partners with Inventory planning and Production planning to develop and execute integrated, stable, and agile 18‑month supply plans.

  • Supports the receipt, consolidation, and communication of buy plans with global supply and production planning teams.

  • Leads supply planning inputs for the monthly S&OP and Integrated Business Planning cycle, facilitating review of constraints, risks, and opportunities

  • Coordinates advance production, consolidation and MOQ requirements with integrated planning teams.

  • Monitors lead‑times, commercialization schedules, and buy timings to enable successful new product launches and resolve cross‑functional issues.

  • Partners with Inventory Planning and Logistics to define flow strategy, inbound phasing, and rescheduling across the DC network.

  • Works with cross-functional teams to meet fill rate, productivity and service level targets

  • Supports PO creation and SAP system integrity, ensuring data accuracy across planning systems.

  • Ensures on‑time and accurate delivery of supply planning outputs and system deliverables.

  • Partners with global planning teams to develop and implement supply planning tools, processes, and best practices.

  • Develops and delivers reporting and analysis to support business decisions and assess performance, opportunities, and risks.

  • Support regional planning needs, across the European network

  • Performs ad hoc analysis other duties as required/assigned by manager.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • 4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  • 2+ years experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain planning (footwear preferred).

  • Strong MS Excel skills & demonstrated ability to quickly manipulate large raw data sets.

  • PowerBi or similar reporting experience; and familiarity with ERP, forecasting systems and tools.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy on multiple projects under time pressure.

  • Highly analytical and extremely self-motivated with critical thinking mindset.

  • Ability to quickly adapt in a highly collaborative environment and a team player.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
