We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join the team who would be responsible for the problem solving and conversion of business requirements into a reliable set of technical solutions.
  • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders at various levels of seniority to gather business needs, painpointsand goals, challenging where needed to get to the right assumptions andobjectivesfor success. 
  • Facilitate and/or support sessions to analyze, define and prioritize gaps in understanding of requirements, agreeing outcomes to ensure robust requirements capture .
  • Use ofappropriate techniquessuch as use cases, flows,diagramsand models to accurately capture requirements for sign off by stakeholders ready for the technical delivery teams to solution and deliver against.  
  • Produce data mappings/specifications whererequiredto ensure requirements are met and data processing isaccurate .
  • Support creation of User Stories, Spikes,Tasksand other artifacts asrequiredtofacilitatethe development process ensuring the quality of these is consistent with the needs of the delivery team .
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers,QAand a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. 
  • Assesses new requirements and work requests working with the team todeterminefeasibility,approachand work effort to support prioritization activities .
  • Leading problem investigations based on challenges and issues raised by stakeholders to understand the best way to resolve, involving relevant team members asrequired .
  • Owning the business process knowledge across systems andmaintainingrelevant supporting materials .
  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned bymanager.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, aBusinessdiscipline or related field or equivalent work experience.  
  • Priorexperiencewithin e-commerce, point of sale,marketingand related platforms within a Retail business .
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, functional configuration,testingand support on small to medium efforts/projects.   
  • Experience working independently or as part of a team of internal and external partners to agree and produce project deliverables. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, priority setting, timemanagementand organizational skills. 
  • Ability toestablishand maintain effective working relationships with key business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams, effectively communicating across multiple levels of the organization, including presenting to business and IT teams. 
  • Understanding ofshifting priorities anddeadlines;demonstratedability to manage change and complete deliverables within assigned timeline.
