Purpose of Role:

The Wholesale Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring the seamless operational performance of Sweaty Betty’s global wholesale business.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role acts as the day-to-day operational lead, responsible for order management, fulfilment accuracy, and partner experience across multiple markets and accounts.

The Operations Executive manages the Wholesale Operations Administrator, driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. They act as the link between commercial, logistics, and finance functions — ensuring smooth order flow, accurate data management, and timely resolution of operational challenges. This is a pivotal role in maintaining the reliability, precision, and service standards that underpin Sweaty Betty’s global growth.

At Sweaty Betty, we’re more than just a global activewear and lifestyle brand for women. We’re also a community that believes fitness is a flip-the-switch trigger for becoming the woman you want to be. Leggings and sports bras won’t change the world on their own. But with a grab-my-hand, let’s-go-for-it-now spirit, the women who wear them can. If you want to join us on the next chapter of our adventure, you’re in the right place. This is an exciting opportunity for a Wholesale Operations Executive to join us on our mission to empower women
through fitness and beyond by positively contributing and supporting the Wholesale & 3P Team.
