Support SAP business applications, including maintenance, new development and problem solving to provide the company with a reliable set of business applications designed to facilitate the information needs of the various business units.

Primary Duties:

  • With limited direction, leads and/or assists team members and customers with problem solving related to software application performance and usage

  • Uses standard team/department methods and processes to complete work; assists in developing methods and processes when required

  • Utilizes ticketing system to log, prioritize, track, document, and resolve software support issues, ensuring timely updates and communication throughout the resolution process

  • Functions as a task leader on projects; coordinates with others, schedules and communicates work progress and is responsible for delivery of assigned scope of work

  • Confers with customers and team members to determine requirements; contributes to design of business application systems that address and solve corporate business needs

  • Estimates system configuration and development efforts for self With limited direction, configures software or creates/modifies software code to meet business requirements; creates and executes test plans for software modifications and facilitates transfer into production

  • Writes software documentation suitable for internal systems control and user manuals

  • Participates in and supports disaster recovery initiatives and change management standards and procedures; assists in developing standards and procedures when required

  • Maintains awareness of current technologies and trends

  • Develops technical and business proficiency through education and work assignments

  • Provides 24-hour on call support, including evenings and weekends, on a rotational basis

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by Manager

  • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a Business discipline or related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 4 or more years’ experience in SAP ERP (FICO, MM and/or SD); preferably in AFS, FMS or S/4 Fashion. 

  • Exposure to other off-the-shelf applications supporting Ecommerce, B2B, credit management, and financial transactions is preferred.  

  • Experience maintaining interfaces with 3rd party applications is a plus.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Ability to operate independently or as part of a team and complete agreed-upon deliverables within established timeframes.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Good oral and written communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Full Time. 100% Remote. Must be located in Eastern on Central Time Zones.

Salary Minimum

$88,000.00

Salary Maximum

$115,500.00
