The Senior eCommerce Manager for Chaco is responsible for managing the brand’s eCommerce business, driving growth and delivering a rich digital brand experience to the consumer.

Primary Duties:

  • Drive ecommerce revenue growth, manage expenses, and deliver to financial results.

  • Collaborate with brand marketing team to present brand and product stories online in a compelling way that delivers a rich brand experience to the consumer and integrates with other brand channel messaging (wholesale, stores, brand marketing, etc.).

  • Implement ecommerce strategy.  Identify opportunities and new ideas to propel the business forward.

  • Manage core ecommerce team tasked with combining brand and ecommerce expertise to deliver merchandising and content planning and execution for the various digital channels.  May act directly in one or more functional capacity.

  • Partner with broader eCommerce Team to leverage ecommerce marketing channels (SEM, SEO, affiliate, email, CSEs, etc.), CRM and analytics, technology and design, customer service, and operations.

  • Identify and communicate technology updates that would enhance the user experience and fix site issues.

  • Develop plans and forecasts along with supporting marketing budgets, with guidance of leadership.

  • Provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis of business performance along with resulting recommendations to brand and ecommerce leadership.

  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • 7+ years of ecommerce experience, 4+ years online merchandising or marketing/content experience required.  Some experience in all disciplines of merchandising, content/design, marketing, and buying/planning preferred.

  • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills to drive effective collaboration and influencing within a matrix organization.

  • Strong interpersonal, management, collaboration, and project management skills.

  • Good analytical skills with ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work of self and others.

  • Comfortable in changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
