As a Supply Planning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in consolidating proposed buy plans and driving the monthly supply planning process through insightful data analysis. You will also take ownership of ad hoc reporting and help monitor the progress of new global planning initiatives. A strong focus on standardization and process consistency will be essential to your success.

Primary Duties:

  • Support the manager in consolidation of buy plans 
  • Identifies gaps in data integrity and works with appropriate teams to rectify
  • Supports the Manager in creating integrated, aligned, stable, and agile supply plans to efficiently meet the fill rates, productivity and service level targets
  • Collaborate with Sourcing, Demand and Inventory teams to develop/adjust inputs for production planning and material management flow 
  • Verifying PO confirmation on time by working with the sourcing, logistics and inventory planning teams
  • Verifying deliverables are on time and accurate in systems
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Experience in footwear/apparel industry preferred but not a requirement
  • Strong Background in Planning Systems and transactional ERPs e.g. SAP
  • Knowledge and experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), MRP and ERP systems inventory control, materials required planning, demand planning, and advanced supply chain planning and analytics
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Critical thinking and problem solving, trouble shooting
  • Result oriented, problem solver with strong information seeking skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to work cross functionally and develop strong working relationships
  • Cross cultural sensitivity and awareness as the incumbent will deal with global teams
  • Proficient with MS office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint) and Planning Tools Systems proficiency is a must

Working Conditions:

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
