Please note that this position requires German language skills and can be based in either our London Kings Cross office or in our Munich Office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Budget Management: Support annual marketing strategies and budget management for multiple regional markets, ensuring alignment with overall EMEA and global objectives

  • Regional responsibility: Support local marketing teams in Italy, Spain, and Germany, aligning with strategic direction, guidance, and performance oversight

  • Distributor Market Alignment: Partner with key distributor markets (focus: Poland, Turkey, Switzerland) to ensure consistent brand presence, strategic alignment, and effective go-to-market execution

  • Product Launch Planning: Plan and execute seasonal product launches across all relevant channels, coordinating timing, messaging, and tactics for maximum impact

  • Integrated Marketing: Drive the full marketing mix, including PR, retail marketing, events, digital, and trade marketing tailored to each region’s needs and opportunities

  • Trail running: Support the trail running category across EMEA, ensuring growth and awareness within this segment. Utilising events/athletes/PR activations to brand build.
