Sweaty Betty is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Junior PrintDesigner to join our dynamic Design Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in
supporting the creation of world-class performance apparel by designing prints and
graphics that reflect the Sweaty Betty brand DNA. You’ll work closely with crossfunctional
teams to bring print concepts to life and ensure high-quality execution
across our product ranges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and commercially
- relevant prints/graphics across various apparel collections, aligned with
- product briefs and brand direction.
- Produce detailed print artwork packs using Adobe Illustrator/PLM, ensuring
- accuracy and timely delivery to meet internal deadlines.
- Conduct trend and market research through store visits, competitor analysis,
- and customer feedback, sharing insights with the wider product team to
- inspire fresh design ideas and identify quick-win opportunities.
- Partner with buying, garment technology, and product development teams
- throughout the design and development cycle, providing print guidance and
- support to ensure seamless workflow.
- Actively contribute to team goals and brand strategies while also managing
- personal development objectives.
- Maintain excellent organizational and time-management skills, including
- handling administrative tasks to support the wider team.
- Show initiative and creativity as a self-starter, while also thriving in a
- collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Ba Hons design degree
- A passion for print/graphics and a strong eye for design, colour, and detail
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A proactive and positive attitude with a drive to learn and grow
