The Creative Services Manager is responsible for executing the planning, engagement, and execution of creative projects from inception to completion at our in-house creative agency, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative Directors and creative team, marketers, and Producers.

Primary Duties:

  • Planning: Partner with cross-functional teams in planning upcoming work for the year and have a deep understanding of scope of work in its entirety.
  • Engagement: Manage the multiple workflows and communication channels to ensure all creative work is being executed efficiently and by using risk mitigation skills.
  • Execution: Work closely with Production to support production needs and ensure creative and production timelines are synced and communicated. Resource
  • Management: Resource and maintain all projects, work with Operations to forecast resource needs, and communicate any project shifts.
  • Communications: Oversee all incoming requests, schedule meetings, track ongoing project health and statuses, and hold team members accountable for results.
  • Lead planning of reviews of current and future projects and job statuses with the Marketing Teams, Creative Director and working teams.
  • Create and manage the schedule for new jobs and assign those tasks using Asana to ensure the appropriate briefing, review and approval of creative.
  • Liaison with internal and external creative resources to communicate brief requirements, creative review feedback, identify needs and implement systems to manage robust project workflow.
  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience in an advertising agency environment.
  • 3+ years of creative services project management experience.
  • Preferably experienced in Asana or other project management software, and familiarity with building large programs with dependencies with production.
  • Self-driven, pro-active, ability to work effectively independently and with a team, and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing the workflow of creative teams at an advertising agency.
  • Solid understanding of creative development process from ideation through production and execution.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Effective small group presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment.  Some travel may be required.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
