Wolverine Worldwide’s continued success is driven by our ability to stay true to our simple mission: we empower, engage and inspire our consumers – every step of the way.The Senior Analyst, Process & Data Analytics is responsible for tracking implementation and improvement of new global planning processes, ownership for continual upgrade and maintenance of IBP tools and processes and creating reports and dashboards to inform and support the IBP Process as well as the Executive Leadership team. The Sr. Analyst should have strong analytical skills, be able to identify issues and risks, and leverage data to communicate effectively.
Primary Duties:
- Track implementation of new global planning processes
- Identifies additional process opportunities for improvement
- Be the owner of the new created planning tools for maintenance and upgradation. Work closely with the IT team for implementing change and connectivity to existing systems and tools.
- Processes, designs, and presents data in a way to help stakeholders make better decisions including publishing of dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
- Structures large data sets to find usable information
- Escalates risks identified in reports and dashboards to appropriate leaders
- Collaborates with Master Data to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Researches and applies appropriate market data to supplement internal data sources
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree with an MBA or advance degree preferred
- Experience in footwear/apparel industry preferred but not a requirement
- Strong work history in Planning Systems and transactional ERPs e.g. SAP
- Knowledge and experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP), MRP and ERP systems inventory control, materials required planning, demand planning, and advanced supply chain planning and analytics
- Coding skills in languages such as Python, or experience in visualization software such as Power BI and Tableau highly preferred
- Advanced Critical thinking and problem solving, trouble shooting mindset
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Ability to set and meet deadlines
- Reporting and data visualization skills
- Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to work cross functionally and develop strong working relationships.
- Cross cultural sensitivity and awareness as the incumbent will deal with global teams.
- Proficient with MS office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint) and Planning Tools
- Systems proficiency is a must.
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment
Up to 20% global travel
Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
