Wolverine Worldwide’s continued success is driven by our ability to stay true to our simple mission: we empower, engage and inspire our consumers – every step of the way.The Travel & Indirect Procurement Analyst is responsible for overseeing our travel management program, reporting to and working closely with the Indirect Procurement Manager. This includes monitoring the adherence of our travel guidelines for our employees, resolving expense issues our TMC platform, analyzing & resolve issues with corporate cards cards, manage monthly reconciliations in our ERP systems, and develop travel compliance reports to present to cross-functional leadership.
In addition, this role will have the opportunity to help the development of Indirect Procurement tools & reporting to advance capabilities of the Indirect Procurement team. This role requires the ability to independently analyze data to identify trends, and develop recommendations.
- Point owner for addressing and resolving employee questions related to our Travel Management platform
- Administration and monitoring of our corporate card program
- Prepare month end corporate card reporting for account reconciliations in SAP
- Leverage reporting tools to analyze corporate card spend, monitor non-compliance and provide summary of observations
- Develop presentations on travel non-compliance to be delivered to leadership across the organization
- Support the implementation of Indirect Procurement systems & spend reporting
- Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
- Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies
- Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree Business Analytics or Business-Related field
- 3+ years Procurement or Systems experience
- Experience in working in a corporate travel function
- Familiarity with expense reporting systems and travel management software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends
- Proficient with the Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient with SAP / other ERP systems
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills including facilitation
- Clearly and succinctly present information to stakeholders at all levels of management
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Highly motivated and results orientated
- Experience in planning and executing processes
Working Conditions:
Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
