With a passion for innovation, sustainability, and movement, Saucony empowers runners and athletes everywhere — and now we're looking for an Associate Inventory Planner to support that mission from our London office.The Associate Inventory Planner supports the team in updating a material level 18-Month Inventory Plan as part of the integrated business plan process. This role will assist the team in meeting inventory and service level KPIs; and maintaining accurate business reporting, systems, and tools.
Primary Duties
Update business tools, and reports as part of monthly business planning cycle.
Support review of inventory plan to target inventory levels and planning KPIs
Produce and distribute inventory reports to partner teams: ATP; Close Out; Aged
Prepare reports for the monthly buy and planning alignment meetings inline with the monthly planning calendar Seasonal product set up, and maintenance of inventory classifications, product lifecycle, and other system parameters
Support Production and Supply Planning teams on factory communication, and production scheduling Size curve analysis to support size level planning
Create, load and maintain size level purchase orders Support EXF planning, and EXF phasing review Review of EXF/ETA proposals, and changes
Monitor size curves and minimise orders not covered
Support prioritising and rescheduling purchase orders inline with changes in demand or supply.
Monitor order book fulfillment, and demand coverage and support communication to the business
Monitor on-time to launch calendar, and customer demand and communicate gaps to the business
Partner with Sales/CS/Logistics to resolve issues and provide best service to customers
Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge and Skills Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years experience in inventory planning (footwear/apparel preferred), with understanding of supply chain functions and processes
Strong MS Excel skills: demonstrated ability to quickly manipulate large raw data sets to produce reporting that is intuitive and easy to read/understand; advanced formulas
Knowledge of BI tools preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical with critical thinking mindset
Ability to quickly adapt in a highly collaborative environment and a team player.
Working Conditions
Split between our London Kings Cross office and home working. Some travel may be required based on business needs.
