Please note that this is a 6 month FTC, part time role of 15-20 hours
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administration: setting up sessions, updating content, adding events, creating comms, following up on outstanding learning assignments, reporting learning metrics, writing articles, creating videos etc.
Provide necessary pre and post training administrative support, which includes scheduling rooms, arranging equipment and materials, managing employee communications, printing/ordering training materials, preparing training sign-in sheets, and managing post-training evaluation feedback process.
Create and edit, videos and articles to share with teams on Learning and Inclusion topics.
Work with Store Ops team to ensure messages are reaching store teams. Provide ongoing employee, manager and generalist support for ongoing and new projects
Support on content creation and collection for new EMEA Induction
Support on facilitation of learning sessions for EMEA region
Manage shared inboxes
Support on regional and social committee events.
Qualifications:
Proficient with technology; ability to learn and use a variety of computer systems
Strong customer services skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
Excellent organization and planning skills
Confident public speaker
Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently, escalating when appropriate
