The Team
You will be joining the EMEA payroll team who run 13 payrolls across 10 countries (United Kingdom, Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Sweden). We’re part of the UK People Team based in London, as well as the global Experience Team.

Please note this is a 6 month FTC part time position of 20 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Possesses primary responsibility to oversee the payroll inbox for the EMEA region – responding to payroll and benefit queries and escalating to others when required.
  • Responsible for entering various employee record changes and data into Payroll and HRIS systems. Including but not limited to new hire and leaver information, banking details, timesheets, and annual leave.
  • Ensures data entered is accurate, complete and timely within our payroll and HRIS system and complies with company standards.
  • Completes and processes various standard document requests for active and former employees, including reference letters, employment / change letters, and more.
  • Maintains employee folders, trackers and other records.
  • Provides support with informal system training sessions to resolve employee queries and provide proactive education and awareness.
  • Support the Payroll and wider HR Business Partners data entry, reporting requirements, audit requests, and other ad hoc requests as required.
  • General support of the Payroll Team as needed.
  • Supporting on ad hoc team projects.
