The Account Marketing Manager, Lifestyle- Saucony leads the development and execution of the account marketing strategy that support revenue growth, interest and engagement with accounts.
Primary Duties:
Crafts tailored account marketing strategies for assigned U.S. wholesale and key global partners, aligning brand direction with account-specific business objectives to drive growth and engagement.
Collaborate with brand and shadow teams to ensure all marketing programs are strategically aligned with overall brand initiatives and messaging consistency
Presents account marketing strategies and plans at trade shows and sales meetings.
Measures programs, communicates results of sell-in & sell-through in markets. Ensures solutions are executed within the marketing team.
Manages and executes customized integrated retail marketing programs to include in-store, social, digital, and interactive elements.
Manages the co-op budget to ensure alignment with co-op spend.
Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing or Communications or equivalent work experience.
5+ years marketing experience.
Previous supervisory skills preferred
National brand experience and/or retail marketing preferred.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.
Demonstrated comfort level with public speaking and presenting.
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
