We invented casual style, you make it your own.The Licensed Category Operations Planner acts as a central hub, maintaining and servicing sales orders and managing demand for International License Partners for the Hush Puppies brand.
Primary Duties:
License Partner Communication and Service
Owns & manages distributor account base; coordinating and communicating with distributors on all aspects of their seasonal order book
Review, analyze, and consolidate partner orders where possible to minimize factory sur charges
Coordinate with payment & invoicing team, directing maintenance of all proforma invoices, reviewing prices & sur-charges for products
Communicate with brand and agent partners on behalf of distributors regarding the timing of shipments, supply chain and open production orders.
Support and provide accurate information to regional directors and brand directors regarding any open orders.
Accountable for resolving unique ‘pending production’ issues using defined practices and procedures; escalates to brand and regional director promptly where necessary.
Communicate product flashes to partners (what is this?)
Set up new Accounts and Factory First Routing Guides
Demand Planning
Inputs partner forecasts into PLM to ensure data is “buy ready” in the system
Runs seasonal order reports – analyzing season over season, or to forecast
Consolidate orders to agent partner
Establish best practice with factory for buy windows & minimum order quantities
Provide demand reports to global supply chain and/or factories
Work with agent partner on future season capacity planning
Ensure all seasonal setup is completed at sku and size level to facilitate orders.
Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.
Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Strong Excel capabilities & analytical skills
2+ years’ experience working for a wholesale merchandising, customer service, or production logistics organization
Highly organized; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while still achieving agreed upon deadlines
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills to solve a variety of common issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
