As Senior Brand Manager you will shape global the seasonal brand plans and lead on implementation and execution of the plans across the touchpoints with our consumer.  Ensuring that the Sweaty Betty brand is maintaining relevance, driving awareness and affinity with our consumer with a marketing strategy that is aligned to our brand values.

Key responsibilities 

⁃    Orchestrate Brand storytelling across channels, delivering integrated marketing campaigns in line with the brand plan
⁃    Partner with Brand Director to align brand calendar to key strategic initiatives to drive growth
⁃    Lead on the delivery of the seasonal calendar across the marketing mix and deployment of key marketing campaigns to channels 
⁃    Lead a team of specialist Brand Managers across PR & Influencer, Retail, and Digital to drive growth through best in class marketing execution and delivery. 
⁃    Lead the brand team’s approach to key cultural moments, including working with multiple agencies and partners to ensure the best impact, and delivery on KPI’s
⁃    Play key strategic role in aligning with global and regional teams and channels to ensure delivery of best in class global campaigns and activations. 
⁃    Work with performance, analytics, and consumer insights in reporting to ensure all investments are appropriately measured, reported and evaluated for future marketing investments. 
⁃    Establish strong links, cross-functional relationships, and efficient workflow with product, performance marketing, and channel leads  - Be the conduit between channel leads, product and brand to ensure we are delivering optimal content for the channels drive omni channel alignment of brand campaigns
⁃    Manage best-in-class presentations to all levels of internal and external partners 
⁃    Alongside the direct team hold accountability for the management of partner relationships, including; creative agency, PR and social agency and other partners. 
⁃    Play a key role in quarterly  business reviews, communicating brand proposition and identifying gaps and opportunities in the market. 
⁃    The ability to think global and translate local ideas and plans to global ones
⁃    Support the Brand Director in the management of the budget
⁃    Actively seek out new opportunities to drive the brand growth

Required skills/ Must haves
⁃    Experience in Fashion, Sportswear or related category
⁃    Experience of managing a team 
⁃    Be passionate about consumer and category trends
⁃    Fast paced
⁃    Self starter
⁃    Demonstrate the ability to take strategy in to action
⁃    Deep rooted understanding of the marketing mix with a broad knowledge of all disciplines 
⁃    Comfortable in both operating at a high strategic level while also delivering in market execution
