The Content Creative, Photo concepts, creates and delivers compelling and visually stunning photography that showcases our products and services, tells our brand story, and engages our target audience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of photography both in our world-class on-site studio as well as on location and will be responsible for overseeing pre-production planning, creative execution, and post-production through delivery of assets.

Job Description

  • Ideates and executes the creative brief with potentially short turnarounds while maintaining the voice and vision of the brand.

  • Collaborates and executes strong, impactful photography consistent with the marketing strategy and brand guidelines.

  • Captures photography for marketing/advertising campaigns that maintains the brand voice and creative standards established by the Creative Director.

  • Operates camera, lighting, sound, and other production equipment.

  • At times, be able to execute all post-production of content including retouching and finish work with exceptional quality on time and on budget.

  • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resources, and status reports with the studio team related to completion of production projects.

  • Manages and grows adoption of our on-site studio for use across the portfolio of brands.

  • Stays up-to-date with photography trends and techniques, and provides recommendations for new equipment and software on an ongoing basis.

  • Helps to manage the photo library and ensures all files are archived properly, organized and accessible.

  • Ensures that all photography content adheres to copyright laws and company policies.

  • Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in photography is preferred, or equivalent work experience in related field.

  • 5+ years of photography experience in fast-paced, quick-turn, collaborative environment, such as agency or studio.

  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into compelling photography.

  • Proficiency in photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, etc.

  • Advanced knowledge of photo editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.

  • Must be able to demonstrate creative experience through a portfolio of work samples.

  • Ability to work on fast-paced team with strong project management skills, time management skills and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
